Support Levels


We offer two levels of support from which you select while purchasing our products.
  • Maintenance License (Best Value)With an annual Maintenance license, you get all major version releases, and all service packs and hot fixes, with email, forums and phone support for one year at a significant discount off the MSRP!
  • Regular LicenseA Regular product license includes all service packs and hot fixes with email and forums support.

Forums


The Forums are the best place to get other developers' opinions, views and ideas. Developers can also expect to find the GrapeCity staff posting comments and helpful information there.

The KnowledgeBase


The GrapeCity KnowledgeBase contains hundreds of helpful articles on all products. Visit the KnowledgeBase to search for answers to any questions and browse for extra samples not included in the product installs.
